Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My Father is suffering from hearing from the last 10 years and along with that he has some sounds coming in the ears. We really don't know may be it is a nerve problem or something else. He even has a problem in the nose which is always watery on one side. Please give the proper suggestion as well as Please tell me the best ENT specialist in the Hyd city. I am unable to smell anything and this issue is since long but I was able to smell atleast a little bit but now since 1 month it's totally stopped... Please help

2 times in last 10 days I experienced buzzing sound in my right ear. During that I also exprncd echo sounds.
