Flowing light yellow liquid with pain from one ear and also hear problem due to full of mud & voice is generated like sssssssssssssssss..

Hello there...I can understand your concern. Since when have you been having this problem? Other associated history and symptoms will have to be looked into. You might suffering ear infection with tympanic membrane perforation. You will detailed clinical examination before starting any treatment. So kindly consult a nearby Ent specialist for further evaluation.
