Few days ago iwas cleaning my ears after that my ears are paining(left ear) and its is due to cleaning my ears what should i do

Hello... It's quite possible that while clearing or cleaning the ears you might have injured yourself...I suggest you to consult an Ent specialist and get examined once....as they can see through otoscope and tell you if there is something to worry about...avoid using ear buds ..thank you
