Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, I've been feeling dizzy/lightheaded from the past 3 days. I have no fever, cold or anything. I have a bouncing sensation in my head and I don't know why this makes me feel sleepy.

For a long time ear is leakage as a yellow liquid.and feeling pain in ear &Dr.advised to operate for hole occure in ear(पर्दा).and hearing power is becoming low.. Is there only a operation for treatment of same..

I have been having throat irritation since the last few days. It begins at night, causes difficulty in sleeping, but improves during the day. This started about a week ago, unable to sleep at night because of excessive roughness and irritation in the throat.

I am having pain in the nerve just above my ear. Last year also I suffered with the same issue & later it was diagnosed as Myositis. I am under medication for my acne & been consuming Doxycycline for more than a month. Is this a side effect if Doxycycline? Why does it happen?

Sir, I have a problem in my left ear. There some sounds I hear from my left ear whenever I get silent atmosphere, it districts me alot at time of study, not able to concentrate it is happening from last 1 year by I have no problem in hearing, I can hear clearly every low to high pitch sounds.
