Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There is pain in throat..No wounds in mouth, tongue..throat... Severe pain in the throat.., like someone is stretching inside of throat., excess secretion of saliva... Could you suggest whom to contact..ENT doctor or general physician.., ? Any advice what are these symptoms ?

From past few years some mass is accumulated in the neck region.Some prople suggested for test.It is not giving any problem till now.Is this a serious issue to worry about...?

I was travelling in a train (3rd AC). The travel time was 44 hrs. The AC was very strong in the train. I was normal before getting into the train. But after the journey I am now feeling very uneasy. I got cold, headache and mild fever too. Body feels weak. I don't get unhealthy very often. But the train journey made me sick. It is 24 hrs now after my train journey, I feel a little better but not completely ok. Can u suggest me any meditation. Thank you in advance.

Severe cold when wake up from sleep and irritation persists in the both nose, with itching,sneezes comes very high number of about 15-25 and when went near to flowers the sneezes will increase upto 25-35 leading to heavy head ache and cause heavy sleep upto 6 hours at any time I also have sinusitis

I am not able to Taste anything since 1 month when i ate NVkabab\non veg. what ever i eat i am feeling like no taste. my tongue looks like losts my taste buds.

Hearing loss of above 50% on right ear for the last 5 months. MRI for brain, Audiometry and BAER tests done. (Report says Electrophysiological parameters suggest right sided auditory pathway abnormality. To be correlated clinically) Also suffering from trigeminal neuralgia and on medication of Lacoset 50 mg and Maxgalin 75 mg.

From 15 days back I m feeling something in my left year. Which feels it's heavy I have not consult a doctor yet

For past 2 months, I have abnormal sound in my left ear when I swallow/yawn. I am also feeling tightness in muscles around jaw and throat. My throat get vocal strain if I speak or sing even for short duration. Left side of the forehead pain sometimes. Current Diagnosis after Sinus CT Scan: Attached CT Scan (NCCT of the PNS) and diagnoses of 2 senior doctors. 1st ENT Dr. – This can be cured only with surgery. Furamist Nasal Spray can give little relief but will not cure. No medication can cure this. 2nd ENT Dr. – There is no need of surgery as I can hear properly, there is no nose blockage, I don’t snore, and there is no breathing problem. He gave 7 days medication and advised specific deep breathing exercise (anulom-vilom pranayama) and Nosowash(like jal-neti). Impedance & Hearing Tests- OK Can some see my attached CT Scan Report and advise if I really need to get surgery done? How risky is surgery? And will the problem increase if I don’t get surgery done?

What's vesibular migraine? What are the symptoms? And precautions? I feel sound sensitive, nausea feeling sometimes, sudden giddiness, unable to walk for more than 10 minutes..post that I'm having numb feeling in the feet accompanied with giddiness
