Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a sinus problem I go to Dr. They said that you need to do one surgery. They called it septoplasty surgery and Turbinoplasty surgery. But I have to confirm that if I do this surgery can I get permanent relief from sinus and what is benefits and risks of this surgery. Can't we treat sinus without any such operations.

I am experiencing right back neck pain in connecting vein along with pain up to lower head, experiencing cold issues and heavyness in the right ear. Sometimes nausea with severe pain

It's been two days I have slept!! I have continuous cough with throat pain. I have been taking cough syrup for 2 days but no effect. Please suggest on this regard. Also I feel a compulsion to cough and have a kind of tingling feeling inside throat.

I am feeling nasal pain since last 3 days, when I press my nose to drain it pain a lot. Sorry but I don't know proper medical terms for that.
