Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've severe recurring pain in my right ear. I'm not suffering from cold or fever. It's been one day since the pain started and I've not been able to sleep since then.

Taking Tazim AX, signoflam, montek lc and sompraz d40 to cure tonsillitis. The pain is very severe and unable to sleep. Already gargled with hot water and salt many times, but pain continues

My wife bleeds from her nose irregularly. This is her child hood problem. Nose bleeding at this age is not normal and we are really worried. Have taken her to many ENT specialist but so far nothing good has happened. We have CT scan as well which is also normal. Sometimes it doesn't come for months and sometimes she bleeds almost everyday for about 10-15 minutes a day. It stops by itself after that. We have tried everything a ENT doctor would suggest. No idea what to do next. Is the surgery only option we got?

I am suffering from profound sensori neural loss in both ears with left ear worse to extent of 98%. I understand that I have mid freq loss. Presently I am using Phonak Naida Q50 BTE. However I still find it difficult to hear properly especially in noisy public places as the echo affects it. I was thinking of cochlear Implantation. Does this guarantee normal hearing? What is the failure rate? An indication of cost will help. Thanks
