Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have cough since aprox 1 year,sometime it will cause in pain in troat too,I am not able to drink cold things and sour things. Sometimes this troat cough and itching may lead to fever also

From yesterday evening I started to get a continuous beep sound in my right ear and it's continuing even now without even stopping for a second. I did try with your drops last night but it didn't solve. What could be the reason for this and what I need to do next. Note: I am a normal person and no major medical condition or no allergies till now. My age is 30.

My wife is unable to get any smell/ sniff. Few years back, she suffered by small chicken pox and there after she is unable to detect any smell. In between, Occasionally she gets the smell for 1-2 days and again backs to earlier position. This happened only 3-4 time in a year. We are serching for any sutable suggests. I have the sensation that thick mucous is stuck just below my nasal cavity and obstructs just when I am falling asleep.

Two weeks back a fish bone got stuck in my tonsil glands. I tried home remedies, homeopathy. Finally I consulted ENT specialist. Even I hv got a CT scan done of my neck. But nothing appeared. But it's vry painful and I can feel it with my fingers.

About two and half months ago I passed through brain tumor surgery. During treatment I was on ventilator for 20 days. Doctors said that after one and half month I am able to eat or drink orally. I tried after 2 months to drink soup but still I am not able to swallow food and liquid. Whenever I tried, cough become starts. I also have cough problem since 2 months. I tried all the syrups and medications but cough not stops. I also have hoarseness in my voice and I couldn't open my mouth fully. I think that there is some problem in my throat. Major problem is difficulty in swallowing. Please help me to sort out this problem and tell me what should I do.

Hi, When I speak, there's comes a gyap between my vocal cards and so there will be air along with my voice.I can't even stay long without breathing while talking.When I encounter strangers it gets even worse, I can't even utter a word.This is the problem from my childhood.Can it be solved through therapy. Your suggestion would be most helpful, thank you.

It feels like something is caught up in my throat. While drinking or eating I have no problem gulping while eating or drinking. I get temporary relief after cough syrup and hot water but after that it goes back to normal. It has been going on for 3 days. What should I do ? There has been no bleed from my throat or a bump on my throat.
