Non stop dry cough

Asked for Female, 3 Years

Dry cough every one our and more cough is at the night after sleeping its been from 4 days now and we have been given astakind syrup and still there is no improvement, yesterday also we tried with 5ml of bandy plus but no improvment.

Dry cough may be due to infection, allergy, LPR, post nasal drip( due to sinusitis) etc. Try warm saline gurgle. If not relieved within a few days please consult an ENT doctor for proper management.
