Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have multiple sneezing and in the morning after waking up and in the evening get blocked nose and nose swelling as I have dust allergy . Please suggest remedies. My age is 27.checked bp at home it was 115/65.am I suffering from low bp.

From 2 days i am having pain in my ears. It started when i rolled piece of paper and inserted inside my ear to clear ear wax as it was itching. But after that it started paining hard. Now i am unable to eat also because due to pain in ear. I have also used candibiotic ear drop once but it didn't worked.Please advice me

I have retention cyst on my true vocal card hence unable to speak properly.
