Left subman dibular swell
I have some lump on my throat from last 2 months. I got my FNAC report but not able to understand. Please help me to find what it means. It says: Specimen type / collection method:Left submandibular swelling, FNAC. Clinical history:Swelling x 2 months, 2 x 2 cm Gross:Received 5 slides Specimen preparation & stains:5 alcohol fixed. Stains: H&E & Papanicoloau / Giemsa Specimen Adequacy:Adequate Microscopic: Variably preserved hemodiluted smears show many polymorphs, lymphoid cells, histiocytes, few histiocytic aggregates and few stromal fragments on a dirty background. Impression:Features are suggestive of suppurative lesion

Please consult an ENT Specialist near your locality with that FNAC report and you will be prescribed with antibiotics, anti-inflammatory enzyme cocktails which should resolve the issue over the next 10 days
