Mucus in throat from last 2 months

Suffering for Post nasal dip from last tow months, little pain in chest and back ,I doing regularly exercise and yoga,taking ashwagandha tab for last 2 days, suggest any medicine to relief

Looks like u have gastritis..take pantop 40 mg.postnasal drip is seen in sinusitis..so u need ent evaluation
