Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Sir I feel something in my throat,and having pain since 7 months,I consult with doctor too,but not relief yet.and also there is ulcer on my tounge.please help me.

White pimple in my mouth for 7 months now.. it's painless no irritation and I do not smoke or drink...

My ear in ringing constantly, whistling slow sound buzzing inside my both ears... due to which i m not able to sleep properly,anxietie and depression also occurs. Which doctor should i consult??

I have very low voice. I am not able to speak loud in the public. If i try to speak loud, i will be tired within few minutes. I struggled and struggling to speak in meetings with low vocal sound. Please suggest and help me to solve this problem.

Ear is paining severely cannot touch my left ear if l chew it is paining in my ear and my ear colour changes to redish colour

My nose is usually block at the time of sleeping. But i am using 1 nasal spray name Ezicas- AZ nasal spray , my nose bone is increased, so i think can i go for nose opertion or any permanent cure is there, i think due to this i am not heard voice properly As wel.

Dr, I am having a shooting pain in my left side of the throat. Though I am not able to guess from where the pain starts. I am able to eat normally with out pain. But after yawning i feel pain in the left side of the throat. Please advice.

I am suffering from cold very often in last few months, When I am sneezing sometimes blood is coming. After cleaning my nose it's not coming. I expecting no cuts in nose because it stoping after cleaning my nose. It might be coming from lungs while sneezing.please tell me why this is happening.
