High fever and bodyache
I am having high fever (~104 °F) , runny nose, bodyache and shivering since Monday.
I have taken 6 doses of Paracetamol 650 mg till now. The fever reduces to 99 and then rises again. Doctor recommended me to take antibiotic for runny nose.
I have taken 2 doses (500 mg each) after 24 hrs.
Now, I don't have any fever but have severe throat pain. Due to throat pain, I am unable to swallow anything.
Please suggest some remedy for relief to me.

Hello there..... Looks like.you.have developed Pharyngitis.... Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice.
Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration....
Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids — broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey.....
Gargle saltwater..... Consider lozenges. Lozenges can soothe a sore throat. ....
