Since two days coughing continously.shown to physician. administered injection & taken syrup as adviced by him.can't sleep.small eruptions observed in the throat.

It takes few days to resolve symptoms completely... Take your medication with out failure and Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods.
Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve your symptoms...reduce irritating stimuli (eg, cold, dry air; indoor or outdoor air pollutants) that may provoke coughing. An upright or semiupright posture, such as sleeping with the head and shoulders raised, may decrease cough related to pharyngeal secretions...
