Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from few months of throat pain. I want to escape from this situation.how can i do it.

My father is suffering from sinus related problem for d past 3 months. A yellowish smelly discharge is coming from his left nostril from d past 3 months.He had taken medicines such as deflazacort 6 mg, amoxycillin & potassium clavulanic acid 625 mg, fexofinadine & montelukast, fluticasone nasal sparay.but his condition had not improved yet.when he is taking d medicine he is feeling better but soon after 8 hours of result he is feeling same pain .now doctor suggested him to go for sinus surgery .is it right decission to go for d surgery & also let me know the cost of d surgery.

I don't have cold but mucus is settling in my nose quite frequently which is not fluidy or running and I. Feel itching. Even in my ear I feel itching. I consulted a general physician and the medicines Did not have had any effect to my problem.

For past one week i have swallon inside left nose. i consult the doctor and he told it's came due to allgeriey. he told it will go in 2 or 3 days but still it exist

I've got the problem of DNS (only left side) with mild allergy Rhinitis, which seldomly troubles me. As I'm thinking of operating my DNS, I've got few doubts in my mind. - Surgery will trigger Rhinitis, or make it worse? - Surgery not recommended for people with Rhinitis? I want to go for surgery because it doesn't allow me to run for long distances, I get breathless with few minutes. Also, it troubles me during bike rides... Usually I feel little pain because DNS blocks proper air passage. Please help, Thanks in advance. :)

My right ear is paining and blocked. Water had entered into the ear while i was having my shower. Please suggest good and effective medication as i am unable to visit any doctor as i am bedridden due to three fractures on my right foot.

Ear wax in my left year is deep inside my canal.I have tried all homely measures to remove it i.e. using saline solution,mineral-oil,hot-water etc.......It has created little bit of deafness which is unsustainable. Need an remedy.Thanks in advance :)
