Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For last 15 years I am having dry nose. I also got operated my sinuses 10 years ago. There was some relief after that but not got relief completely. I don't feel any blockage inside my nose. Only I feel dryness into both the nostrils. Sometime I apply Vaseline inside the nostrils and it gives me temporary relief. If I have running nose, I feel very comfortable. Any advice/ suggestion regarding my problem would be helpful and wanted know is it normal.

I'm not able to eat food and drink water due to pain in my throat from yesterday.suggest me some medicine.

Hi. I'm suffering with pain in left ear from last 2 days. After i cleared my ear since thn i'm having this pain. So suggest any effective ear drop.

I have been suffering from sore throat from last 6 month.Every time mucus user to come and an irritation on the right side of throat. Whenever i take something cold or hot it gives me a buring feeling inside the throat. Dictor took the scopy of throat and he told me that you have LPR and allergic reflux. I was under the medication under him and he suggested me to have anti allergic medicine for 3 month. But nothing is working out and i even took the antibiotics for long time but nothing is working out. Please suggest

I have consulted a doctor for my damaged eardrum recently. Thing is I had done same operation 10 years ago but my eardrum is ruptured again. The doctor I did consult have suggested me to go for conchoplasty surgery first. This is because, according to her my ear drum gets damaged because of pressure difference from cold and blockage. I am not really sure if this is really required. Can anyone please explain is there any need to have 2 surgeries.

Feeling nauseated and dizzy all the time. Sometimes pain in the left ear. Driving or not I feel dizzy and feel like throwing up but vomiting is rare.

Few mnths ago i have infection in my tonsils due to which small hole formed in my tonsil... Which gets fill with some yellow type substance time to time... Infection is gone but this hole is not healing... Is this normal....??? Can u plz suggest treatment...
