Can a septum re-deviate even after getting septoplasty done ..I got my septoplasty almost before 3 years

My height 180 cm weight 95 kgs BMI is 29.5 age 26 No smoking, no alcohol Having diabetes I think but not under diabetes medication Symptoms Breathing problem when sleeping that too only at starting of sleep No snoring Many more dreams and I will be listening outside noise but I will be on dream Anexity of health , stress Feel sleepy sometimes in daytime Eye itching or becoming like inflamed Nasal congestion from long back which worsens when sleeping Consultation of both ENT and pulmonologist are done ENT doctor said GERD Pulmonologist said allergic rhinitis What to do please suggest

I have allergic rhinitis and cough for which I m taking montelukast 10 mg at night and foracort 200 2 times with furamist nasal spray at night since 10 days. I m feeling sleepy in the day . Can i stop montek.

Hello doctor, i am suffering from a sore throat infection accompanied with allergic rhinitis and am on levoflox 500 which is being taken in the morning. For nose congestion, the doctor prescribed me otrivin spray based on xylometazoline however i already have Ebast-DC available with me so can I take it before sleep at night? Are there any interactions with the mentioned antibiotic???

I think I'm having recurring throat allergies. Few days ago I had that it got better but then today I'm feeling itchy throat again . How can I get rid of it naturally?

For some past days I am feeling tonsil pain on my one side of mouth with itchy tongue ane ear ache and I have been gagling for past one day. Even my hands and feets have some small tiny rashes which are itchy randomly, even on my chest it itches I have no fever no vomiting no joint pain but pain on one side of tonsil
