Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have some problem in my throat. No doctor could not solve my problem. I want to know what is my problem and what is the problem? My problem is- phlegm stuck in my throat. But no phlegm come out.Then Try to clear my throat. Little pain in lower right side of inner throat. Feel uneasy that time like breathless and little sweat. Is it asthma or tonsillitis or allergy rhinitis?

Is it safe to remove tonsils at the age of 17? Like my cousins face problem like pain in ear and throat while swallowing when she gets infection in her tonsils so the dr suggested it to remove it , will it be safe , will there be any side effects in long term ?or any other further complications

Water should avoid to enter in ears during otitis media ? Or during otitis externa ? Or in these both conditions should avoid water to enter ears ?

While eating when he drinks water from the glass, water and food get stuck in his throat  and sometimes comes out from the mouth and nose, but when he is drinking water from the jug directly nothing is happening at all and he is facing this issue 5 to 6 times a week while eating meals. What reasons can it be?

Been a ex smoker - Quit 7months ago(non smoker now) from past 2-3 months have been having regular stomatitis(got this confirmed from a local ent) but I just 10-12 days ago I saw these small things in my lips. I have burning sensation only on that side of my cheek area. Have been taking multiple treatment for stomatitis but it’s not really helping me much. When I see in the mirror I see small raised spots but is very hard to notice in real unless focused really hard. Image of the small micro ulcer thing attached, but for sure there’s burning sensation only on one side of the cheeck. Meds taken: coolora(Benzadamine), triamcilone, choloroxidine - mouth wash helps for a few days but it comes back again. I have also taken some multivitamins, antioxidants from 2-3 months but stopped as one of the doctor suggested that it's not sustainable long term. Photos are attached for reference

I had cold for a week in april but i didn't check for covid. after the cold i lost my sense of smell and taste. about a month ago i started smelling a weird smell from most things, the soap and my face cream or some food items sometimes smell similar. i do smell some strong smells like strong perfume or floor cleaner. for taste, it is bland but i can tell if it is sweet or salty. there is also a similar taste in a few things. what should i do and how long will it take to regain it?

Hello, Recently from 1 week I'm noticing a few white dots on my lips. Need suggestions, there's no bump observed, although that side of the cheek burns randomly. Can you please help suggest. In photo: where my finger is placed. It is also observed in the corner of my lips. PS: I quit smoking since 7 months and I'm on healthy diet currently.

Ears are blocked but hearing is not compromised. Have done prior consultation also which resulted in everything being fine.

Facing frequent breathing issue attaching the report does it the reason. Don't know the reason......

Hello on side of the mouth I have these micro dots which is difficult to be seen unless focused properly. These burn but there's no pain nor these change size or shape. Been there since 3 months. But there's sudden burning for 5 mins and the burning stops and I see a new dot appearing there. It is happening only on left side. Using chlorhexidine helps but after stopping it's use it reappears. Please suggest.
