Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ai am 34years.old..44.7kg ..Doctor gave me telekast f for earpain and cold head..is this medicines safe to use..as am allergic to certain drug s..pls suggest is it safe?

I'm 26yrs old women and having one kid weight 58kg height 163 cm I keep getting throat infection both side are reddish and bulged what does it mean is that any bacterial infection kindly suggest any counter medicine

Symptoms 1. Red throat off n on 2. Throat tight 3. Right side throat pain 4. Earache 5. Acidity 6. One white spot on right near tonsil it's like tiny like pin point 7. Hoarseness but no much 8. Excessive Salvation Diagnosis done CBC 25 DAYS BACK WAS NORMAL NEUTROPHILS 56 LYMPHOCYTES 36 ESINO 3 BASO 0 TLC 6000 Feb 2023 endoscopy done for throat was normal Upper GI done 4 months ago was normal Usg done in March 23 was normal I am scared is it something serious... should I worry...plz help me sir I am totally frustrated
