Hi Dr
One of my friend diagnosis with deviated nasal septum. Is this condition serious. Plz suggest as I hv attached her nasal endoscopy report

DNS is very common condition.
it requires operation if it's causing symptoms like nasal block, bleeding.

This is the CT scan report. DNS can be problematic according to the degree of obstruction. If it's causing symptoms like nasal blockage, repeated throat clearing, sinusitis or bleeding, then it has to be operated
