Nasal blockage
I have been suffering from nasal congestion from last 7 years. But, from last couple of days, I am not able to sleep. Please find the report of CT PNS and let me know the solution for it.

This looks like chronic sinusitis with nasal blockage. Start steam inhalation, saline nasal spray and an antihistamine. If no relief, you may need a nasal endoscopy to plan treatment.
