Hi , I am attaching my throat picture is this post nasal drip . Suffering from nasal congestion since last 10 month .

Yes ,In this picture I could appreciate congested pharyngeal wall and congested uvula,quite enlarged tonsils also.Possible Reasons for post nasal congestion are sinusitis ,allergy and acidity ,snoring .So you need thorough evaluation.
