Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have ear blockage and it's paining and the colour of ear wax is also reddish black type and also my ears are ringing

I was learning swimming, I am really scared of deep water. My instructor asked me to take dive in 12 feet deep water that raptured my left eardrum,I thought it's water trapped in ear and 3 days I was trying all methods from google, finally I saw ENT who confirmed raptured Eardrum and gave me antibiotics and asked me to keep ear dry. Can I do swimming again once my eardrum heals?

I have throat pain from fast 3 days, it's increasing night time. Currently taking strepsils and hot water. But not resolving. Please suggest any medication.

My head feels heavy and i am not able to focus while studying. I get confused and absent minded most of the time whenver i feel heaviness in head. my nose get blocked but there is no secretion and if present it is minute and solid mucus. these symptoms increases during studying and in the morning when i wake up.

Hi, I visited ENT doctor like nearly 6 months ago for a small black pigmentation in my mouth. He did endoscopy and assessed me and doctor said it is normal and no issue, however in the prescription it was mentioned as "Melanoplakia buccal mecca". I am just curios to know if this is normal. I don't have smoking and chewing of tobacco habbit. Please guide me if needed. Thanks.
