Nose Blockage
Some times left nose block and some time right one . But one at a time . From last 8 months . While steam there is some mucus after coughing. When nose is block i feel i am not getting enough oxygen and then brain start thinking like what i will do if i die . And all ..

Don't worry This is a normal physiological process i.e nasal cycle. U can use otrivin nasal drops if too bothersome but not more then 5 days
