Dear sir, Kindly let me know is there any permanent solution for allergy cold & during cold which medicine is better for relief

I have dried earwax in my ears which I am not able to remove.  Since few days At night while sleeping, I feel iching and soreness in inner ear and throat for about 1 hour. And it feels really discomfort .

I am  affected with severe bad breath issue for long time, i brushed my teeth twice a day and using mouth wash but the same issue not reduced and also some time when I cough some white small stones (tonsil stones) come from my throat. But no pain and no swallowing on throat.  I would like to know that bad breathe is causing for tonsil stones. What is the treatment
