Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from a sore throat from last 1 year. I got my endoscopy done it shows mild acid reflux. On the other hand I do have an inch in my ear and pain in my gums. Please suggest what is wrong and which tests need to be done. Thank you.

Sir whenever i am having my meal i feel like the food is stuck on my neck only  and not going to my stomach i feel like coughing and when i cough i puke 🤢 out everything i ate I feel like always cough is on my neck

I got vocal nodules before 6/7 years. After treatment and voice rest it's completely healed. Nowadays i feel same problem. Facing trouble to speak. Throat pain when I am shouting. Main thing is can't talk continuously and coughing  started.But my job is different. I have to talk always. What should I do? Need to repeat throat endoscopy? What should I do?

Whenever I start to think or work my brain thinking or stress or anything like that my ringing in my ear increases or when I anxious or worried or angry , can anyone tell me what do I have to do

My 7year old child is having severe Acute Otitis Media pain at night. I have given Calpol 250, ciplox ear drops and Otrivin paed nasal drops 3 hours back, as per prescription (stated to be administered in 6hrs interval). I have ibugesic at home as well but not given. . How do I manage this pain in between?

Hello sir/madam, I am suffering from allergic rhinitis from past few years tried many medications but no use , if i stopped taking levocitrizine for more than 3 days i will start sneezing and coughing And it wont stop untill i will take levocitrizine When will i get rid of this Max i will avoid what are allergitic to me

I have pain in left side of throat form last 1 month, pain feels severe when pressed. Pain also feel when swallowing saliva. Visited the doctor for this and heavy snoring problem and doctor prescribed some medicines but pain returned after the course of medicine. I also feel pain to the lower teethline due to this. Don't know what to do, please advice.

I feel sticky phlegm stuck in my throat. And some parts inside throat is swollen. Tonsils are reddish.  I have cold allergy. What is my disease? And what medicine will cure it? Please suggest.
