24-year-old nonsmoker nondrinker. msc psychology student since 2 days having throat pain after drinking eating hajmola at deep friezed  night since morning it started current problem right side little white spot seen and throat pain pinching no fever but feeling little fever type when I start betaine the fever type feeling goes little cough also coming since 1 day I was doing salt water now stwiched to betaine from today how to heal fast what to eat drink without antibiotics

My ear is blocked since morning...so please tell me what I can do...is there any ear drops I can use

I had lymph node increase on my right side of neck it had become hard in last 1 year but painless can it be treat normally I had attached USG report with it.

Can anyone prescribe alternate to rebagen OTIC tablet , as it is difficult to find in local as well as online store .
