Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have suffered from patulous eustachian tube dysfunction I want to take the surgery when how much success rate of surgery

I have been facing these white patches in the back of my throat for the last 5 months and from last 1 week I am having white patches on my tonsil but now it's gone but the patches in back of my throat are not going Can you tell me what is the main cause of this infection Is it hiv/aids? I'm unable to breathe properly it's been 15 days still it not cure and I have not took any cool drinks neither a cold food items. I felt like it was squeezing my nasal pipe & i don't know where the problem is may be chest or nose. Please guide me what to do

One of the ear is blocked since two days and it is not getting cleared.There was pain in the first day later it dissappeared,took three times 3/4 drops of earwell drops on the blocked ear but no progress.Should I visit a general physician or an ENT specialist?

Since last 3 years I have a few white patches in my oropharynx area (back of throat). In these three years I did take some fungal medicines but these patches don't go away. Are these patches normal or should I take them seriously? Attaching a photo too but it's not that clear though.

I am experiencing continuous tinnitus when covering the left ear. It's very obvious when i sleep on that ear or wear a helmet. This is from the last 3 days only. What can be the cause ?, no issue while hearing.

I am having a small hard lumb(6.5mm) on my hyoid bone also having pain while pressing under the hyoid bone . Ihave done an USG, it says there is a thick wall cystic SOL , dabris inside it  which is wrapping the hyoid bone . I am very tensed whether there is any cyst or a tumor.

My daughter 5 year old had missle year infection 1 month back and went for general check up.i took her for hearing test as a general checkup and dctr suggested for oae test. Eardrum and all are normal.i am attaching the report. Can anyone suggest it is normal?

Hello doc I am facing this issue since 2 months. I don't have cold nor cough. But I get minimun of 10 to 15 sneezes per day .and ear starts itching in ext auditory canal. I had consulted ent offline and they told it's vasomotor rhinits. And it's effecting me very badly The itching of ear is irritating a lot. Is there any solution for this? Is this serious problem?

Having running nose and sore throat and feeling dizzy most of the time. Not sleeping properly from the past few days
