Hi, I have been facing a very weird issue in the last 3 days. I don't know how to explain it however I am trying. 3 days ago when I woke up I rotated my eye a little bit but I felt my brain felt it like almost 180 degrees. After I woke up I tried to sit down, that time I was half way but my brain felt a little more than half. From there onward I am not facing that issue but feeling very very little light headed or dizzy all the time I don't know what to call it. I can do all my work like walking , office work, standing watching etc without issue but feeling a little different in my brain ( just to mention,not having any headache or any type of pain)like I am very little drunk. If this helps, before I faced this issue I was watching web series on Netflix form month continuously almost every day 10:30 night to 1AM midnight. Any suggestions will be helpful I don't even know which type Dr. To visit.

My tsh came 5.03. And I uses to smoke 1 cigarette daily. I have quit smokimg 2 weeks back.  A doctor prescribed me with throxine12.5 tablet for 6weeks. T3 n t4 are very normal. Should I take medicine. And I don't want to eat medicine for long run. Remedies wat can be there to control tsh naturally. How can I get free from eating this thyroid medicine. My right side of neck below jaw is swelled for the past 2-3 weeks. I went to ENT and was prescribed Cepodem antibiotics for a week and was send for a USG to be on the safe side. The USG report said reactive adenopathy and one of the lymph nodes which was earlier painful is hypoechoic , elongated with loss of hilium. I am scared the heck out. Doctor told normal infection but why the swelling hadn't gone down with antibiotics??. Is their any chances of lyphoma
