Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm suffering from ear problem for more than 3 years after a trauma on the left side of my face. I have constant Tightness and uneasiness and slight pain in both of my ears and whenever i swallow i hear a crackling sound inside ear. I can pop my ear and during valsalva i hear crackling sound. Whenever i inhale deeply my ear gets clogged for some seconds. I have been to 12 different ENTs so far, everyone said i have eustachian tube dysfunction and gave me anti-allergents and steroid nasal spray and adviced to do steam inhalation 2 times a day. Nothing has improved my symptom. My CT PNS shows slight DNS and Inferior turbinate hypertrophy. The last ENT said that doing septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery will alleviate all my symptoms. Another thing is i have jaw clenching habit and slight jaw pain. Visited a dentist recently and she performed CBCT-TMJ and CBCT airway scan and said i have TMJ disorder and probably all my ear problem is related to my TMJ. I'm absolutely clueless.

I have sinusitis for the last 10yrs. And i recently got throat infection and took medication( montelukast,  amoxicillin, nasal drops)for 10days.. Doctor advised to have a CT scan.i feel drowsy in eyes and swelling on forehead. Cant have cold liquids and cool weather. Repeatedly( 1-2 times in year) getting severe fevers and colds. So i  want to know if i need surgery.

Had throat infection, cepodem dp, Allegra n bitadene gargle is given by dr. After two days throat is better, almost no pain. Now I've started coughing uncontrollably when lying down. When going to bed and early morning I start coughing, throat is getting irritated again n not able to sleep. Now even I'm breathing, the air in throat is triggering it n I feel like coughing. Please give suggestions.

I am having cough & cold from last 2 week,now cold and cough is cured but sometimes Phelgum comes after coughing.i am feeling that Phelgum is still inside chest.kindlu guide me any medication to clear the conjunction.

I've had viral fever 4 days ago and recovered yesterday. But still I'm havinge wet cough frequently. I've tried steam inhalation and cough syrup but it helps for some time only. During viral fever, I was prescribed paracetamol 650mg, cough syrup, Azithromycin 500mg tablets and tablets for gas,body ache. I've completed the course and recovered from viral infection. Please suggest any OTC medicine or home remedies to cure the cough.

Hi, It's been a month I have been diagnosed with vocal nodules, first 15 days I had complete voice rest then due to office work had to speak twice a week. However complete voice rest is getting difficult so looking for practical tips how to manage this. Thanks...

Does gargling salt water only help to reduce sorethroat pain . or it can also help to reduce the pain of tonsillitis ?

I was slapped accidentally on my ear and I'm experiencing constant ringing in my ear since. Does this heal automatically or needs any medication?
