Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hai doctor, few days back i had cold at that time my rigjt ear was blocked ,later cold and blockage gone bt from today evening again my right ear was blocked(just block no pain) but no cold at all what should i do any medicine or should i visit doctor

I have pain in the throat , should blade and neck ... wherever i swallow something frequency of the pain increases ... feels like inflamed neck region from inside .. always feels tightness in the neck and throat

My mother has an ear infection. Suggest medicine or cream. No pain only itching. Thank you

My lymph nodes of the neck has been swelled from past 3 months. I had done usg 2 times. In my first report sad measuring 5.5mm and after 2 months when I have done it again it measured 6mm. Whenever I take medicine it goes underneath and after sometimes it will again get swelled. Diclofinac plus Serra pera affects the area but it will not get cured. After stopping medicine my lymph nodes swelled again and comes out. Doctor sugget me to do cbc and esr. I am attaching my CBC and esr reports.  Doctors prescribed me to take amoxiclav 625 and enzoflam.i have taken antibiotics but it is not working. Why it get swelled again and again. Pls give me the appropriate suggestions or treatment. My usg reports are. What will I do next. What will be the further treatment.

If some other medicine or test can get me through the disease. Pls help me to find out what will I do next.
