Nasal spray
Hi,
I have high bp and I am mild haemophilic. I am in Uk and doctor suggested to take OTC nasal spray for my cold. Which is the best nasal spray I can take.

Because of your medical conditions, you should not use steroidal nasal sprays
And take saline nasal drops / spray , along with antihistamines and steam inhalation
