Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from irritaion behind the nose, feeling cold in nose every morning since 8 months....I have other symptoms like... Feeling fever in body but temperature is normal... Whole body pain...headache... I have no.. Runny nose...and no sneezing and couging at all. But feeling cold in behind the... With mucus production in nose... I have done all test like...CBC, LFT, KFT, CHEST CT SCAN AND NOSE CT SCAN...AFB TEST ALL COMES NORMAL... DR SAID THAT YOU HAVE NOSE ALLERGY... but i am cofused that... Can it be?? Beacuse i have no sneezing, no runny nose and coughing...only symptoms have like... Cold in behind the nose with mucus production and fever like feeling... Pain in whole body...please guide me...what further test should i do...because...all day i am feeling tired and sad... Please🙏🙏🙏help

I live in Mumbai and there is lot of construction going around. I have been constantly getting sore throat and runny nose. Sometimes it is difficult to breathe. It's gone as soon as I travel out of Mumbai. I take allergy medicines and antibiotics but is there any other solution?

I had throat infection since 25 days. Doctor said pharyngitis and sinitis and gave me oratil 500 for 5 days. After 7 days when I revisit to Doctor he said infection till have there then he gave me Augmentin 625 tdpc for 5 days and rabeprazol tablet,Allegra 120,Vivax 5.But now I feeling my throat is pining like needle few times a day.But no problem during eating and drinking. When my throat became dry it seems something in my throat 4-6 times in a day. What should I do in next step? Please suggest me. Thank You.

Hello Doctor, My father is 70 years old. He got TB 10 years back and used medicine for 9 months. It was cured. He got covid 2 years back and he is diabetic patient. My daughter is 4 years old. We stay separately and visit my home once in a year. He used to kiss my daughter and feed food while he is eating. My daughter is tested TB positive 1 month back. She has swelling in lymph nodes in neck and don't have any other symptoms. She is vaccinated with BCG vaccine. is there any chance my daughter got TB because of my father?
