Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I wanted to know If I can take montair LC twice or thrice a day depending on my symptoms as I keep on sneezing even after taking montair LC once and 1 dosage doesn't seem to help. Please let me know if it is okay to take more than 1 pill in a day. Thanks

I develop cold and sinus pain behind eyes and ears with fever of below 100 and body pain . I have been given antibiotics course of amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate for 5 days Also given ibuprofen and montek for my allergies.

For 8 months, I was suffering from ear infection and tinnitus. With PTA and impedance test, it was identified that I had thick middle ear fluid which was cleared with myringotomy 2 weeks back. But my symptoms have still not completely gone.I have again tinnitus with air gushing like sound in my ear. I am really worried.Any suggestions,whether it will be a permanent problem or will it go away with time? I have undergone many other tests like iron profile, MRI brain, Carotid Doppler study.All are normal.

Yesterday I went to clean my son's ears with buds. He was sound asleep while cleaning his ears He moved a little. After that  blood came out of his ear. This morning I saw that blood clot in his ear and it's colour is black. Is this a symptom of a ruptured eardrum? His ears smelled bad so I went to clean them with Ceruclean and earbuds. Please help me what should i do now My son is 19 months old. I attached a pic it's tomorrow's picture.

My husband has a growth below and arround his ear he has it since when he was 15 what it is and does he needs to see a doctor

I have a swollen lymph node in left jaw since 3 weeks with no other symptoms but headache. I took antibiotics and was on trypsin for swelling after completing the antibiotics course. I also got blood test and ultrasound done which shows cervical lymphadenopathy ( B/L parotid and submandibular glands show normal homogenous echo-pattern. No focal lesion is seen. Multiple subcentimetric bilateral cervical level 1A,IB ,IIA lymph nodes are seen with some of them showing loss of fatty hilum largest measuring 7mm in SAD . Few subcentimetric lymph nodes are seen at the site of palpable swelling largest measuring 6.4x4.2). Blood tests came normal with MPV (14.8) and platelets (33000) . Am worried why the swelling is not going.

Sir my doctor recommended me this drop.          benzocaine chlorbutol paradichlorobenzene and turpentine oil In my ear sir can you suggest me how my drops should I put my each ear per day because I forgot to ask this.

# Regular fever, every 6 hrs. # Nose are closed when in position of lying. When standing its okay. # Cough is very bad. She doesnt get breathe sometime while having cough. # ear has wax so she  just keep rubbing her ear, i m using orecure ear drops Recently she has lower blood platelets less than 60k, negative dengue report, minor infection in blood. She just woke up every night every 4 hrs because of fever, nose close, and cough. Coughs are very bad. Help me.

Hi doctor, my mom is having common cold but she is coughing continuously and a lot that it's giving pain to her throat. What could be done in such situations?
