Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

He's having chronic sinusitis with heavy runny nose and blocked air passage. Transparent watery runny nose. Feels like swelling around the nose. In CT scan of PNS report it shows DNS towards right, bilateral chronic pan sinusitis, blocked bilateral OMU with widened left OMU, hyper-trophy of left superior and inferior turbinate. I would like to understand : Is surgery the only option there for him ? as currently its difficult to manage with symptoms. Also is there any SOS medication which can help in reliving heavy runny nose?? Currently he's using Nasivion spray and montair-fx but the recovery duration is too much making it difficult to even sleep at night. Kindly advice.

When and how much time do i need to eat this medicine kindly help me ... I am not being able to understand the prescription

My thyroid test are normal no infection no focal lessoin where seen my reports where normal but wat is diffuse Thyromegaly could u please explain me is it serious?

Sir/Madam I am suffering from constant phlegm in throat No cough,just have to swallow/spit the phlegm to clear throat. Due to this I am not able to sleep properly from past few night Please look in the matter and guide me to get issue resolved Thankx in advance

My mother facing ear infection...she is having pain and getting fever from that... A white fluid is discharging from the ear... Suggest any medication...

Feeling of swelling in left side of throat .not continuously but few times in a day . When it starts it stays for 3 to 4 hours or sometime less.mucous in the left side of the throat.sometimes horsness.no pain in gulping food.suffering from past 3 years.Please help me with remedies or anything. Antacids not working tried anti allergic not working .done laryngoscopy. Doctor said it's lpr but don't have any acidity symptoms.

I have throat irritation for past 2 weeks, it gets worser when I speak louder, but no cold and cough. I visited nearby Government Hospital and they told me I have an Throat infection, then suggest me "Cetirizine" & "Amoxillin" tablets. After getting those tablets for 5 days, there is no change. Please suggest me any Syrup or Tablets. i have attached my current condition picture of my mouth.

What if I have deviated nasal septum in my left nose bone what food or drink I need to have and what to avoid

Due to otomycosis doctor prescribed me antifungal ear drop  antibiotics and told me to follow up for cleaning ear after 5-6 days.visited cleaned my ear but since then experiencing continuous throbbing pain in my ear,want  any pain relieving ear drop  emergency for now,plz help if possible.thank you.

I'm facing throat problem from past 2 weeks. Ear clog, frequent swallowing of saliva, feeling of something stuck , sore throat during night. Tiredness and now  facing one side tonsil pain. Could anyone suggest if home remedy is enough as I felt better compared to last week.
