From Last 1 year i was suffering. some time left nose block sometimes right one.. and then i feel not getting enough oxygen. Tried xylomist, flutiways , lemcee , moteklc. But no relief taking steam daily

My husband recently used a perfume, and upon smelling it, I developed a headache that has not subsided since. I suspect it might be related to my known allergy to perfumes. I went on a 10 days trip to Himachal. After my return from the trip, I got cold and my ears were blocked. I had taken medicines like antibiotic and citrizen, and now my cold is gone. But I my left is still clogged mildly and I keep hearing a ringing sound on my left ear. Sometimes I am getting mild headache, pain behind the ears, neck and above my eye ball. It's been 2 weeks I am still having this issue. What is this problem? Please help me, I am worried if it is some STD, or cancer or some brain problem.
