Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Whenever I come in contact with any perfume or fragrance ,I get congestion in ear/nose which flows down from the back of throat. It irritates throat and causes congestion in lungs sometimes. Symptoms- cough, sneeze, congestion, post nasal drip Attached is my serum ige report.

From Yesterday morning I have seen few bloods come with mucus then everytime I spit out mucus it comes with more blood then after afternoon it has stopped again I saw it on morning but little then it stopped and came normal mucus without blood but after 2 pm today I have seen again little blood with my mucus ...what is the reason?? I have attached my yesterday mucus photo , today little blood come with mucus and little discomfort in my throat, I am not a smoker ..and regular exercising

From 2 months i am feelina a lymph node type bean sized thing under haw bne which is only felt when finding and pressing it is not going away is it normal although am not having this tym fever or infection but in these months i was ill 2 times when i press it it doesnt hurt my cbc is fine only lymphocytes 43%
