While ulcer type patch and sore throat
Hi sir,ma'am I had sore throat and mild pain no other symptoms for last 4 days, took Azithromycin and pain subsided, but noticed white mouth ulcer like patches inside one side of throat..pls refer image and guide what it is and any remedies pls..thank you!

It is an ulcer, Avoid spicy foods. Have multivitamin tablets. Darolac tabs twice daily for 5 days
