After hearing a loud noise like that of the drilling machine I get a left throbbing headache like head is going to burst and left and right ear pain and increased heart rate followed by slight dizziness what is the reason for this and which medicine should I take

Hello from the past several years I have been facing problem of nose block and when I did ct scan of my nose it's shows that my left side nasal bone is little shifted to right side and it's one cause is polyps inside my nose air polyps is been formed due to allergy so what is the cure of there 2 problem except operation and for temporary relief

Hi I've been having continuous tinnitus in right ear since March 2023 After endoscopy done of nose , found that septum spur towards left and deviated nasal septum and partial concha bullosa and also grade 3 adenoids in the right nostril Doc has advised surgery for removing adenoids and correction of nose bone Will this solve my tinnitus and nasal congestion? My baby(18kg) is having ear pain now can we give 1/4 of dolo 650 tablet as it is very late at night no medical shops are available

Report came as in audiometry test right ear has minimal high frequency sloping hearing loss in right ear and there was no middle ear pathology... My blood test s normal... My immunoglobulin is 600.. If dis allergy is cured my dizziness will get cured..
