Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Recently 30 days back I had left side vertigo along with left ear blockage, low frequency hearing loss in left ear, mild tinitus & echoing of voices in the left ear along with left eye blurry vision. Now after taking medication , ear block has been opened, heavy ear is gone , vertigo is also not there but after one month of medication also my mild tinitus is there , plus while breathing now my both ear got open & close and made a cracking sound.And left eye is still blurry. and sometimes back side of the head aches. Pls help So can somebody help me with some treatment plan or what is this issue exactly.

Hi doctor, I am seeing red patch on upper mouth which is burning when i am eating something. It was blister two days back but now it is red patches. I am non smoker and no any pan masala wver in life.i am provisional ibs paitent( not clinically diagnosed)and have stomach issue up and down I am on anxities tablet also for hypochondriac anxities I am worried about this patch now I have taken 3 tablet of bCapsul tablet since yesterday Attaching picture. Furthermore, my nasal passages have become quite congested, resulting in frequent blockages that are interfering with my ability to breathe comfortably. In an attempt to manage these symptoms, I have taken cetirizine as a medication. While it has provided some relief, the symptoms have not completely abated, prompting me to seek further guidance and intervention.

I have suffering in sore throat since 1 month. I consult with an ent specialist 1st august he diagonosed as pharyngitis and he prescribed me oratil 500 bd after 7 days I revist to him then he suggest me axavic cv 625 tdpc for 5 days,allegra 120 and rebeprazole dsr for 3 weeks. Now I feel sometimes something irritating in my throat and few times a day when I swallow my spit it seems a little pain.When I speak more time or loudly speaking irritating my throat. There is no problem during eating and drinking. Please suggest me how I treat the problem and recover? Please suggest me.

Keep hearing this bashing (blub blub sound) like a pulse but it doesn't correlate with the pulse. It occurs at random but always at night. It doesn't have a fixed frequency.. goes away for a few seconds/minutes then comes back. Has occurred twice in the last month. Morning when I wake up it's not there. Always in one ear. About 2 years ago, I have had a brain mri because I was feeling light headed (this was due to iron deficiency) and everything came back normal. Since then I have been fine but have always had low iron. I also have GERD and mainly heartburn at times. But this ear symptom is a new one that started this last month. Is there anything serious? Do I need to get checked? Why does this occur? I also use apple ear phones every night to listen to music while sleeping.
