SOM on right ear
Do SOM go on its own after weeks or months.? I have SOM for about a month now and have taken medicine. Get a little bit relief but not heal completely. Need a suggestion. Thank You

SOM might not go without treatment. You will require mucolytics and decongestants, and if it is still there after treatment, a minor procedure called myringotomy will help.
