Is it okay to do nasal irrigation ?
I feel congestion around my nose area and it causes pressure to build up around my eyes and minor headaches as well. I've been using a nasal decongestant it gave me a bit of relief however I was thinking of doing nasal irrigation as well.
Would it be a safe thing to do?

Do not overuse nasal decongestant..and yes jal neti will help in decongestion..for more details kindly do a consultation
