Hello dr My child is 4 year old and constantly having cold and cough. His voice is like pinched nose . And also he is unable to sleep peacefully I am worried had done xray and got to know he is having moderate adenoid What should I do . I putting spray of fluctoine I am confused wether it is allergy or adenoids
