Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Five years ago, I had to undergo FESS because my forehead started swelling due to sinus infection. One year it was normal. After I get frequent headaches, pain all over the face ear. Whenever I seek medical help, it only  works for a week..like montecope tab. After the course it reoccurs..Now the symptoms are getting worse. Pain in spreading to the neck as well. Numbness in my head. Pain in ear.  They said it is because of allergies the sinusitis will come back again n again. Is there any permanent solution to this ?

Hello doctor, I always have a blocking nose or running nose. For the past few months, I could find I have a loss of smell. A few times, I could smell. Continuous ringing sound on right ear, unable to sleep peacefully. Need help in this.

Hi doc. I am 18 years old girl. I have done piercing on my nose few months back. At that time everything is fine but two days back Due to my hand touching my nose, it hurt and it became swollen and now it has a lot of pain. now I can't even see my nose pin from above. Is it closed? I am very tensed. Is it closed or what? please tell me with the medicine or any home remedy I can use to get it better. I don't want it to be closed. I want to keep my nose pierced. Please help.

My ear pains while swallowing food. There is no discharge, and I don't have any cold cough and fever. It's about a week. Ear pains only while swallowing hard food like chapati . For few days in this week the pain disappeared and then again started. I applied ear wax yesterday but it's of no help. Kindly Help.

Is a Concha Bullosa a Turbinate with an air pocket causing it to enlarge and block the air passageway? Also will the removal of a Septal Spur to facilitate frontal balloon Sinuplasty improve airflow?

My mother in law had slight throat pain, we approached multiple doctors and they said to go for ultrasound scan. at that time they said nothing serious wait for 6 months and again do scan. So now we did recently . I am attaching latest reports pls suggest if this is serious or need any surgery

Hi, My son is getting frequent tonsils episodes, in last 45 days he has gone through 5 such episodes. We have done all the tests including FNAC and indicating that the high fever is due to tonsils only. We are totally hopeless.... Can someone please suggest a good doctor who can help us finding the root cause and treatment of these frequent tonsils

My daughter 5 year old had earinfection last month and I went for oae test today . First time it failed and after repeated 2 times it showed pass. They did PTA and she could recognise sounds till 10db.Audiologist said her hearing is good and impedance is type A. Is it fine or any other test she should take. I also have a concern y after 3 times her oae showed pass.she can hear my words properly.kindly guide
