Hi doctor I could feel tiny bumps under my tonsils and I feel a mild pain when swallowing saliva is it anything serious

Doctor I'm taking course for fever, cold, throat pain, but I noticed their is a white patch on the throat.. Is ota ulcer or thrait infection.. Today is my last day of antibiotic course.. But no relief.. Any remedies or medicine that will help me doctor
