Is it okay to take Deslor 5mg tablet for my nasal allergy during breastfeeding if prescribed by ENT doctors? Will it pass through the milk for the baby or it is harmful?

Please check the CT scan report and please tell the issue.is there something problem or any other issue.

Hi I'm having surgery scheduled for Friday 3rd November morning For endoscopic coblation adenoidectomy and endoscopic septoplasty I'm actually nervous pre surgery today 2nd Nov.. Diagnosis - Tinnitus -continuous in right ear, intermittent in left ear with both moderate hearing loss,enlarged adenoids, deviated septum towards left, tiny bone septal spur, A few questions going in mind As I'm having continuous ear ringing in the right since March which has been irritating me, (kept myself calm through all these months), will this stop post surgery? How fast is the recovery like, pain intensity and hearing recovery, and resume activities like cycling and walking and resuming office? Pls advise although I'll speak with my doctor about this, but I'll be at ease at first
