Hi
I'm having surgery scheduled for Friday 3rd November morning
For endoscopic coblation adenoidectomy and endoscopic septoplasty
I'm actually nervous pre surgery today 2nd
Nov..
Diagnosis - Tinnitus -continuous in right ear, intermittent in left ear with both moderate hearing loss, enlarged adenoids, deviated septum towards left, tiny bone septal spur,
A few questions going in mind
As I'm having continuous ear ringing in the right since March which has been irritating me, (kept myself calm through all these months), will this stop post surgery?
How fast is the recovery like, pain intensity and hearing recovery, and resume activities like cycling and walking and resuming office?
Pls advise although I'll speak with my doctor about this, but I'll be at ease at first

Tinnitus is due to conductive hearing loss and it supposed to get OK after surgery.
Pain is very minimal after coblation Surgery and it takes 2 week maximum to resume complete normal life and activities.
