Post surgery advice
Hi My surgery of septoplasty and adenoidectomy was successfully done last week 3rd November I'm now recovering from it Nasal packing was removed on Sunday 5th I had my right ear ringing continuously since March 2023,  which is still there but slightly reduced after surgery When can I expect this to stop? Doc said it will reduce slowly but not immediately Also there is no nosebleed but post nasal drip comes with dark red blood tinge since 8 days, and I've to spit it out Is it normal ? Nose feels dry and partially blocked while sleeping still leading to snoring Surgeon had given me solspre nasal spray which I'm using ,nose crusting has reduced bit still lightly blocked When can I expect this to completely normalise?
