Please let me know if I can wait for a month so that it can self heal and is there is problem if I delay it for a month with the needed care of it.

Usually traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane heals within 3 to 6 weeks without any treatment. You should wait atleast 6 weeks before undergoing any surgery. Make sure you keep your ear dry
