Minimum gap between two ear surgeries for same ear, my eardrum is rapture again, and my medical exam is maybe nxt month, and which surgery is good for fast recovery

Better to have a gap of around 6 months to one year between 2 surgeries and also we need to treat the cause of the reperforation if any.
