He have hole in his eardrum and doctor has asked him to operate, is there any other solution for that except operation? please help me out of that

He seems to be suffering from chronic otitis media with tympanic membrane perforation. He needs to undergo surgery known as tympanoplasty. Medicines won't help to close the perforation. I would suggest you to go ahead with surgery
