I have hole in my right ear...due to that pus is coming and i am experiencing some hearing loss...i want to know that if my eardrum heal by treatment then can i hear normally with that ear or not...??

Get treated for the acute condition.. when ear gets dry ,go for hearing test..to assess the hearing status..if hole not heal after medical treatment surgery is required.
