Clicking sensation in throat

From the last 1.5 years, when I swallow my throat creates a painless clicking sensation.
1 year ago there was mild clicking sensation.
But now the sensation is heavier.
When I touch my throat with two fingers I feel the clicking sensation.
I have no breathing issues.
What should I do?
Is it curable without any surgery.
Or Can I recover it with medicine/excercise.
Please help me.
