Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having problems since 2 weeks nose block due to allergy polyps and dns little bit went to ent he gave me steroid spray and oxyspray and bresol tablet but suddenly my nose get block then i feel pressured in chest and throat tightness so can you tell me breathing from mouth causes chest tightness and throat tightness and it's very difficult to go through that time

Throat issue tonsils and complete block not able to properly eat and drink panu in throat also please

Pain in ear and wound inside the ear and swelling in ear may be a little bit infection inside the ear Heaviness feel inside the ear

I have a cough and a running nose with regular irritation in my throat.  Last night I had a 100 body temperature and intense head ache since last morning. Today my temperature is 98 but I have continuous head ache and running nose.

I see white wax like material in both sides of my baby ears. She constantly keeps rubbing her ears. Have attached a picture of the same. Is it a normal ear wax or a fungal infection that requires treatment.

I am having pain on left side head,ear,eye and neck and having cough but I do not have cold. My ear hurt very badly that I can't concentrate on work and my eye get blur and head feel heavy.

I have hyperacusis due to loud noise expouser. before the 10 I was dancing in my brother marriage.than I got sound sensitivity to sound of my friend and dishes and etc .now I want to relief.can it cure plz reply I am in trouble

Is there any way to remove nasal polyps without surgery, maybe changing lifestyle or medication can help in this?

My son had severe teeth biting during night which let us analyse his adenoids. We have tried sprays and medication for almost 8 months and still there is no shrinkage. He has maxillary expansion which has reduced his teeth biting issue to a large extent. His ENT has suggested surgery to remove adenoid and tonsils but his paediatrician says strictly not to do a surgery, in his opinion they will shrink in a few years . Enlargement has been in grade 3 for past one year . He doesn't have any sleeping issues and has rare cases of cold/ fever. May be 2-3 times a year. Slight teeth biting and sometimes breathing through mouth during nights are the symptoms now. Not under any medication at present. He weighs 14.5kgs and 104cms high which we think may be low for his age , his birth weight was 2.3kgs . No issues with eating Can we wait for few more months or the surgery is necessary Attaching X-rays taken this year and the before year
