Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Keep hearing this bashing (blub blub sound) like a pulse but it doesn't correlate with the pulse. It occurs at random but always at night. It doesn't have a fixed frequency.. goes away for a few seconds/minutes then comes back. Has occurred twice in the last month. Morning when I wake up it's not there. Always in one ear. About 2 years ago, I have had a brain mri because I was feeling light headed (this was due to iron deficiency) and everything came back normal. Since then I have been fine but have always had low iron. I also have GERD and mainly heartburn at times. But this ear symptom is a new one that started this last month. Is there anything serious? Do I need to get checked? Why does this occur? I also use apple ear phones every night to listen to music while sleeping.

I have a tender lymph node which can be felt with finger it is from 10 15 days it doesnt go away despite antibiotics also it moves in nevh when i stand up from right side from bed it had no pain but right side neck is tender when i move it right side its discomforting what to do i felt fever today only from past days

I went to an ENT doctor 1 day ago because I was feeling ear pain. He looked into it and said it is infection but after cleaning said it was just wax. Prescribed me otinus drops and antibiotic pills. Later that day I felt, tickling. Today morning I saw this puss like thing in my ear. I'm worried. Please let me know is it because of ear drops or should I go to different doctor. Thanks

Hai, I am chetana. 22 years old female, I have thyroid. Went for check up and test reports show's tsh is 12. Dr suggested me to use 50mcg tablet.in between some days I stopped talking tablets And again went for check up and the tsh is 8 now can i stop using tables are continue?

I was trying to conceive when I got to know that I have hypothyroidism. My TSH level is 53. T3 -1 T4- 4.5. I am really worried as my weight is just 48 kg and the main symptom of hypothyroidism is weight gain. I have started taking thyronorm 100mcg since 15 days. My TSH will reduce in how many months? Will I be able to conceive ever? I am really worried that if I have some other disease and that is why TSH is increasing.
