Dear Sir/Mam, My friend quit chewing tobacco from last 4 days and he used to chew it about 3.5 years. Now he feels burning and in the mouth cut occurs which is removable multiple times when he try to remove by finger it removes and next day that again occurs.

Hello, I have these 3 ulcers coming and going in the same location every 3-4 days. It just burns for 15-20 mins and they appear and overnight they disappear as well at the same spot. They do not grow, they just appear and disappear. Can you please help me with a right guidance.

Symptoms like bells palsy when I smile express one side on face . Dizziness, eat ringing. Ent doctor tested audiogram. Result is due to noise induced hearring loss(NIHL) . Audiogram attached. Now (Deflazacort 6mg and Betahistine 8mg) tablets taken from 2 days. Still dizziness not gone. Is it bells palsy. This is due to NIHL. Or any other cause. This medication is sufficient. What is the problem. Please tell me.

Since a year I've been spitting phlegm out very often, especially in the morning after eating or drinking something. The food I eat is usually in the phlegm, even after an hour. It is more when I spit out the phlegm within ten minutes of eating. For example, when I drink milk in the morning, the phlegm is thick with the colour of boost/bourn vita. I rarely cough, occasionally sneeze and my nose is never runny unless I cry, but there is a little dry snot if it is picked. What could this be? The phlegm nowadays has more bubbles than yellow phlegm, and is mostly white or clear unless I've eaten.

I have chronic Pharyngitis from 2 years due to acid reflux and under medication now, Will chronic Pharyngitis lead to throat cancer?? Please reply and attached is the throat pic.

I took chymoral forte and zerodol sp along with panD for the hand injury. I started taking since yesterday but forgot to take Pan D in the morning today. But I have taken the other two medicines as prescribed. And now after 8 hours of taking medicines. I feel somehow numb on the left side of my ear and can't listen above 14000 Hz from the left ear but can hear till 18000 Hz from the right. Can it be due to medicines side effects? Other conditions-- already have piles since 6 months .

I have been suffering from throat burning and feeling of lump and difficulty swallowing anything. When I look into the mirror I have noticed a white dot at the back of the throat, i have attached the image with the arrow mark .Is it normal? Is my throat ok or are there any problems?

Facing tinnitus 8 months now it is always there specially at the time of sleep and it changes it's frequency while rubbing face or moving neck MRI comes normal, sugar level is good, cholesterol is 130. Sometimes bp is high but that also comes normal after 30 to 40 mins rest. neurologist, psychiatrist, ent even tried homeopathic medicine nothing worked sleep issues as well no problem with sleeping it's just I woke up several times with dreams tried everything now running every day 4kms after coming form office and started taking cipcal 500 and mefocol plus nf together is it safe or if anybody knows any other permanent cure let me know.
